To ensure I can dedicate the time and detail each of your hair transformations deserves—and to respect everyone’s schedule—here is my updated cancellation policy: * 24–48 Hours Notice: Life happens! Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance (48 hours for vivids, balayages, and specialty color transformations) so I have time to fill the spot. * Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 30% of the booked service. * No-Shows: Failing to show up without notice will result in a 50% charge of the service total, and future bookings will require a deposit. * 15-Minute Grace Period: If you’re running late, please send me a quick text! After 15 minutes, we may need to simplify your service or reschedule to stay on track for the next client. Thank you all so much for supporting my business and respecting my time!
